Banana Bread Mug Muffin

This 5-ingredient mug muffin is a quick breakfast filled with flavor. If you've ever brought a banana camping and have been disappointed to find it smashed before you get a chance to enjoy, then this one is for you!

Mash and mix all ingredients together in the mug, then top with walnuts or chocolate chips.

Our favorite way to cook is at the campsite. Sip your coffee while your muffin steam-bakes in a pan filled with 1" of water. After enjoying your warm muffin right at your campsite, clean up is a breeze with only one dish that can be easily wiped clean.

    • 2 tsp oil of your choice
